Harry And The Hot Sausage
It was SAUSAGE NIGHT II: THE RETURN OF THE SAUSAGE at the Battersea Arts Centre last night and good fun it was too. Why Sausage Night? No reason as far as I could tell other than the yummy Sausage burger that was included in the ticket price. SN II was a benefit show for the rather run down BAC and it attracted some of the UK's best comedy talent. Grumpy Old Man Arthur Smith drolly introduced the acts, the best of which included:
Stewart Lee, Richard Herring, David Mitchell & Robert Webb (Channel 4's Peep Show), Paul Foot, Simon Amstall (Channel 4's Popworld) and the surreally brilliant Harry Hill.
