Wemberlee... Wemberlee...

I've just got back from the second of two great Springsteen Seeger Sessions shows at Wembley Arena this weekend. Setlists courtesy of Backstreets.com

Saturday 11th:

Blinded By the Light/Old Dan Tucker/Atlantic City/Eyes on the Prize/Jesse James/O Mary Don't You Weep/Growin' Up/Erie Canal/My Oklahoma Home/Devils & Dust/Mrs. McGrath/How Can a Poor Man Stand Such Times and Live?/Jacob's Ladder/Long Time Comin'/Jesus Was an Only Son/Open All Night/Pay Me My Money Down
Encore: Long Walk Home/You Can Look (But You Better Not Touch)/When the Saints Go Marching In/This Little Light of Mine/American Land/Froggie Went A Courtin'

Although I enjoyed it I felt that Saturday's show wasn't as good as Birmingham's a few days ago. This may have just been because I was distracted by a couple of annoying, very drunk, women in front of me. A nice new song, Long Walk Home, made it's world premiere appearance.

Sunday 12th:

Blinded By the Light/Does This Bus Stop at 82nd Street?/John Henry/Johnny 99/Further On (Up the Road)/Jesse James/O Mary Don't You Weep/Bobby Jean/Erie Canal/My Oklahoma Home/The River/Mrs. McGrath/How Can a Poor Man Stand Such Times and Live?/Jacob's Ladder/Long Time Comin'/Open All Night/Pay Me My Money Down
Encore: Land of Hope and Dreams/You Can Look (But You Better Not Touch)/When the Saints Go Marching In/This Little Light of Mine/American Land/Man on the Flying Trapeze

Bruce and the crowd were really pumped up for this one. The best show I've seen on this tour. Eight songs different to the night before. One young girl to the left of me collapsed at the start of This Little Light of Mine, I think it may have been a case of Stendhal Syndrome.

Hmm... now the question is, do I go to Dublin next week?

Saw your "If I Should Fall Behind" clip on YouTube. I've been looking for that version to play at my wedding. Any chace you could send me the video? Or even just the audio? I want to burn it to a CD.

Jealous that you've seen so many shows. And yes, head to Dublin.

I'll see what I can do. Create yourself an account on either the Stone Pony London or Greasy Lake message boards and then send me a PM (Personal Message) with your details.
