Chill Out Sunday

Rolled out of bed this morning and tuned in to the BBC's Heaven and Earth show. There's always something interesting on it, although personally I'm not sure if I have a spiritual bone in my body. When it finished I watched the coverage of the Great North Run. I turned the sound right down and put on Bill Nelson's latest Acoustic Guitar CD - Rosewood Volume 2. Very nice music to relax to. Especially when watching thousands of people run themselves into the ground on the telly!
